Made Daily with Fresh Sheep’s Milk

Our small flock of East Friesian ewes are bred in the fall. Milk is available from March until September. Fresh yogurt is delicious! The yogurt made from ewe’s milk is high in protein and fat (almost double that for cow and goat milk). For many people that cannot tolerate cow’s milk, they often are able to tolerate sheep milk. It is naturally homogenized and contains more of the valuable nutrients when compared to other milk (calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, thiamin, riboflavin, Vitamins B6, B12 and D, the medium chain amino acids, linoleic acids).
